Use Multiple Price List in Hindi

Multiple price level tally का एक important feature है जिसकी सहायता से टैली में विभिन्न तरह के products की लिस्ट उनकी price के साथ बनाई जा सकती है। generally price level list उन organisations के द्वारा बनाई जाती है जो multiple products deal करती है. price list different type के customers जैसे wholesaler, retailer, customer आदि के लिए बनाई जा सकती है। 

Price list मुख्यतः दो आधारों पर बनायी जाती है (1) buyers के classification तथा (2) sale करने के period यदि sale bulk (थोक) में की जा रही है तो price  list में Discount भी add कर सकते हैं।

अपने Business में Quantity के आधार पर अपने Customer को अलग-2 Rate में Goods बेचना चाहते है या हम चाहते जब हमारा Customer कोई Particular Quantity में Goods Purchase करें हमसे तो हम उसके लिए अलग से Rate Set कर सके और साथ-2 हम उसे Discount देना चाहते है तो इसके लिए हम Use Multiple Price Level का use करते हैं।

To set price levels in Tally - प्राइज लेवल सेट करना। 

Tally Main -- Gateway of Tally -- Company Features (F11) -- Inventory Feature (F2)

Note- जब हम use Multiple Price Levels को Yes करते है तो हमें Company price Levels set करने के लिए option दिखाई देंगे।

* इसे टाइप करके सेव कर लेंगे.*

• Entry करने के लिए Ledger Create कर लेंगे- 

इसके बाद सबसे पहले हमें जाना होगा Accounts info में Ledger - Create 

• 1st Ledger

Pricing level applicable: में जिस टाइप के customer जैसे- Retailer, wholesalers, Distributors या फिर Customer वो यहाँ पर select करते हैं. जो की Om Computer's हमारा Distributors हैं तो हम  Distributors को select कर लेंगे। 

• 2nd Ledger

• Stock Item Creation 

Goods sales करने के लिए stock item create कर लेंगे- Tally Main -- Gateway of Tally -- Inventory info -- Stock Item -- Multi Stock Item -- Create.

• Price List सेट करना - 

Process: Tally main -- Gateway of Tally -- Inventory info -- Price List

Note: इसी तरह Customer, Retail and Wholesalers के लिए Price List Set कर लेंगे।

• Price List Set करने के बाद Transaction में जाकर कुछ Entry कर लेंगे। 

Process: Tally main -- Gateway of Tally -- Accounting Voucher --  Sales Voucher (F8) Press
