Use separate actual and billed quantity

जब हम किसी Product को Purchase करते है और उस Product के साथ कुछ Quantity हमें Gift या Discount मिलता है और हमें अपना Stock Proper Maintain करना होता है तो हम Use Separate Actual and Billed Quantity का प्रयोग करते हैं।

Free scheme

एक Product के साथ 1 Product Free है या 2 Product के साथ 1 Free तो हम Bill दिखाते है 3 के 3 Product लेकिन Actual में उसका Bill बनना चाहिए 1 या 2 Product का बनना चाहिए तो समस्या उत्पन्न करता bill Generate करने में तो हम इस option का use करते हैं।

Note- इसके लिए जाना है Accounting Voucher में Press करें- F11 > F2 यहा पर Storage and Classification में Use Separate actual and billed quantity? Yes

Question 1. RB Computer's से 100 pic. HP X1000 Wired Optical Mouse  (USB) Purchase किया। ग़िफ्ट मिला 5 pic.

Actual- Actual में हम उतनी Quantity को लिखेगे जितती pic हमे मिलेगा। 

Billed- Billed में उतनी Quantity लिखगे जितनी pic का bill बनेगा। 

Question 2. Aditya को HP X1000 12 pic. Wired Optical Mouse  (USB) sale किया। ग़िफ्ट दिया 1 pic.
