Quality के माल का order दिया था। वैसा माल नहीं होना या किसी अन्य कारण से, खरीदा हुआ माल, पूरा या आंशिक रुप से वापस कर दिया जाता है तो कस्टमर के लिए यह <b>Purchase Return </b>कहलाता हैं। </span></p><div style="text-align: left;"><p style="text-align: justify;"></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: medium;">इस तरह के Transaction को Record करने के लिए customer व्दारा <b>Debit Note Voucher</b> का उपयोग किया जाता हैं। इस तरह के Transaction को रिकॉर्ड करते समय Purchase में से कम किया जाता हैं। </span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">कई बार customer व्दारा खरीदे गये माल में कोई शिकायत होती है और वह Supplier को उस शिकायत के बारे में बताता हैं। </span></li><li><span style="font-size: medium;">Supplier उस शिकायत की भरपाई के रुप में customer को कुछ छूट देने की सहमति प्रदान करता है तो इस तरह की छूट की राशि को भी customer व्दारा <b>Debit Note Voucher</b> में रिकॉर्ड किया जाता हैं। </span></li></ul><span style="font-size: medium;">Debit Note Voucher के इस उपयोग को Debit Note Voucher और Credit Note Voucher मुख्यतः माल (goods) से सम्बंधित हैं। साथ ही इन चारो वाउचर में सामन्य रुप से उपयोग होने वाली कई जानकारीया भी दी थी। उन सभी बातो को अच्छे से समझने के लिए उस पोस्ट को अवश्य पढ लें। </span></p></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><h3><span style="font-size: large;">Purchase Return Transaction</span></h3><p><span style="font-size: medium;">हमने Ashok Traders के Invoice No. 310, दिनांकित 02/07/2020 से जो माल उधार खरीदा था, उसमें Sony TV 24’’ नग (Numbers) जो कि हमने रु 21000/- प्रति नग के हिसाब से खरिदा था, ठीक से काम नही कर रहा था, उसे हमने 31/07/2020 को Debit Note Voucher बनाकर वापस (Purchase Return) कर दिया। </span></p><p><span style="font-size: medium;"><br />इस transaction को रिकॉर्ड करने के लिए हमने टैली में हमने कम्पनी ऑपन कर ली हैं। </span></p><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">ध्यान दें। जिस तारीख को transaction होता है, टैली में उसे, उसी तारीख में रिकॉर्ड किया जाता हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">अभी हम Gateway of tally पर है और Accounting Voucher के लिए V प्रेस करें। </span></div></div><div><span style="font-size: debit and credit note voucher का उपयोग invoice Mode में करना चाहते है तो इसके बाद वाले ऑप्शन को भी Yes कर लेंगे। इसके बाद setting को सेव करने के लिए Ctrl + A प्रेस कर दें। </span></div></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">देखिए अब हम इन दोनो vouchers का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। Debit Note Voucher के लिए Ctrl + F9 key प्रेस करें। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">अब Debit Note Vocher Creation Window आ गई हैं। और जैसा की हमने आपको पहले बताया था। कि यदि ये विंडो वाउचर मोड में ऑपन हुई हो तो invoice Mode के लिए हमे Ctrl + V किज को प्रेस करना होगा। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">फिर Alt + I keys से इसे हम अपनी जरुरत के हिसाब से Account Invoice से item inoice या item invoice से Account Invoice Mode में चेंज कर सकते हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">यहा ये आइटम इनवाइ मोड में हैं और हमें यही चाहिए भी। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>अ1 जिस तारिख में माल वापस कर रहे है पहले वो तारिख चुन लेंगे। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"><br /></span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>यहा Original Invoice के आगे सप्लायर का वो bill no. टाइप करना होगा। जिस बिल का माल हम वापस कर रहे हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>यहा उस बिल की तारिख टाइप करें। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Party A/c Name में उस सप्लायर का नाम सेलेक्ट करें। जिसको माल वापस किया जा रहा हैं। यहा पर खास बात ध्यान रखे। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>यदि सप्लायर goods return के साथ ही उस माल का पेमेंट, कैश या चेक से हाथो हाथ कर देता है तो फिर Party A/c Name में Praty के नाम की जगह पर, उसने जिस तरह से पेमेंट किया है उसका लेजर जैसे- (1) यदि कैश पेमेंट कर दिया है तो Cash Account और (2) यदि सप्लायार ने हाथों हाथ चेक दे दिया है तो उस बैंक का अकाउंट सेलेक्ट करना होगा, जिसमें आप, उसका दिया हुआ चेक डिपाजिट करने वाले हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>हम Party a/c name में Ashok Treders का Ladger Select कर रहे हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>Party Details में कोई बदलाव नही करना हैं। तो या तो हम enter press करके आगे बढे या Ctrl+A से इसको accept करके आगे बढ सकते हैं। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;">•<span style="white-space: pre;"> </span>पर्चेस लेजर में चूंकि हम माल वापस कर रहे है तो इसके लिए पर्चेस रिटर्न का लेजर सेलेक्ट करना होगा। और ये लेजर बना हुआ नही हैं। इसे बनाने के लिए Alt + C Press करके purchase return के नाम से Purchase account group में लेजर बना लेंगे। </span></div><div><span style="font-size: medium;"> </span></div><div><span style="font-size:
